Overview.
You have just gotten the keys. Before the boxes come in, the app walks you room by room: wide shot, corners, floor, fittings, the marks that were already there. Every photo is timestamped and every note is yours.
It builds a dated condition record as a PDF you keep. At move-out, the camera ghosts the move-in shot under the live view so you can match the angle and show what changed and what did not.
It is the renter's record, kept by the renter. No landlord account, no inspection, no claims. First room is free; the whole apartment is a one-time unlock.
