Delete your Passport.
Delete it in any of our games. If you no longer have one, email us and we will delete it for you.
Fastest
In a game.
- Open Settings in Thunk, Sky Chase or Cannon Clash.
- Tap Nomad Passport, then Delete Passport.
- Confirm. Your Passport is deleted from our server at once, for every game.
Without the game
By email.
Write to [email protected] with “Delete my Nomad Passport” in the subject. Give your Passport number, shown under Nomad Passport in Settings, or write from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with.
We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

- Your Passport
Its XP, its games, the XP each game gave each day and the rewards it has given.
- Its history and sign-in
Its play events, and its sign-in: the Apple or Google account ID, name and email address, and the records of when and where it signed in. A sign-in another of our apps also uses stays for that app.
- What stays
Anything a game already gave you stays in that game. Each game's own progress, cloud save and analytics have their own deletion page.
