Sky Chase — Support

Sky Chase: Missile Dodge is a one-thumb arcade dodger from Nomad Arcade. Your plane never stops: steer it through open sky, lead homing missiles into each other and grab the stars. 200 campaign rounds across 20 chapters, an endless mode with your own top 10, and 8 planes to earn with stars. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two working days. If you can, tell us:

  1. What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
  2. Your phone model and its system version (on iPhone: Settings → General → About).
  3. The game's version, shown at the bottom of Sky Chase's Settings.

A screenshot helps too.

Common questions

I got a new phone. How do I keep my progress? Before you switch, open Settings → Cloud save and sign in with Apple or Google. Then sign in with the same account on the new phone, and your rounds, stars and planes come back.

I deleted the game and lost my progress. Can you get it back? Only if you had signed in to Cloud save: install the game again and sign in with the same account. Without an account your progress lives only on your phone, we never have a copy, and deleting the game deletes it.

I watched an ad for stars and did not get them. The stars are paid only when the ad plays to the end. If you closed it early, the result card says so and no stars are added. If an ad did play to the end and the stars are missing, write to us with the date and roughly what time it happened.

Why do I see ads? From version 1.1.0 a short ad can play between some runs, never during one, and you can choose to watch one after a run to get its stars again. The ads keep Sky Chase free.

Do I need an internet connection? No. The whole game plays offline. Ads and backing up to Cloud save need a connection.
