Cupshot — Support
Cupshot: Mini Golf is a one-thumb mini golf game from Nomad Arcade. Drag back from the ball to aim and set the power, then let go to putt. Bank off walls, beat the sand, water, windmills and gates, and sink each hole in as few strokes as you can: 180 holes across 20 worlds, a Daily Course that is the same for everyone each day, and Par Streak for a high score. It plays fully offline and shows no adverts.
Write to us
A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two working days. If you can, tell us:
- What happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- The game's version, shown at the bottom of Cupshot's Settings.
A screenshot helps too.
Common questions
I bought the Starter Pack and the Comet ball is missing. Open the Pro Shop and tap Restore purchases. A purchase belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, so it comes back on any iPhone signed in to that account. Coins, whether bought or earned, are part of the progress saved on your phone and cannot be restored after the game is deleted.
I deleted the game and lost my progress. Can you get it back? No, sorry. Cupshot has no account or cloud save, so your progress lives only on your phone, and we never have a copy. Deleting the game deletes it.
How do I turn the tee-time reminder off? Settings → Tee-time reminder, or the switch on the Daily Course page. You can also turn notifications off in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Cupshot. The reminder is off until you turn it on.
I want a refund. Apple takes the payment, so refunds are Apple's to give: ask at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the game is broken, please write to us first; we would rather fix it.
Do I need an internet connection? No. The whole game plays offline. Buying something or restoring a purchase needs a connection.
