Tall Order — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026 · Applies to Tall Order: Build the Skyline (com.nomadarcade.tallorder)

The short version. Tall Order has no account and no sign-in, and it never asks for your name, email address or anything else about you. Your buildings, coins and settings are saved only on your phone. The game sends gameplay events and crash reports to Google's Firebase so we can find unfair levels and fix crashes, and RevenueCat checks any purchase you make under a random ID; Apple takes the payment. Tall Order shows no adverts, never asks to track you, and we do not sell your data.

Who we are

Tall Order is published by Alden Morris Enterprises LLC, a New York limited liability company trading as Nomad Arcade ("we," "us"). For anything in this policy, write to [email protected], or by post to Alden Morris Enterprises LLC, 4465 E. Genesee St, Dewitt, NY 13214, United States.

No account and no sign-in

Tall Order has no account, no sign-in screen and no profile. It never asks for your name, email address, phone number or age, and it has nowhere to type anything. Code for an optional sign-in and cloud save is in the app, but it is switched off in this version and nothing in the game can turn it on. If we add an optional sign-in later, this policy will be updated before that version is released.

What stays on your phone

Your buildings and their stars, your coins, the facades and rooftops you own, trophies, missions, your Daily Pass streak, your top scores in The Spire, the building you are in the middle of, and your sound, haptics and reminder settings are saved only on your phone. We cannot see any of it, and it is deleted when you delete the game. Settings → Reset all progress wipes your progress without deleting the game.

Analytics and crash reports

ServiceWhat it receivesWhy
Google Analytics for Firebase (Google)Gameplay events: the first launch, the tutorial, each building started, finished or failed, with its number, the stars and perfect drops and the seconds it took, replays, helpers used, Daily Pass and mission rewards claimed, facades bought with coins, the shop opening, and a purchase started and how it ended. Which screens you open, how long each is on screen, and when the game goes to the background and comes back. Google's own automatic events, such as the first open, each session and app updates. The device model, operating system version, language and app version, and a coarse location (country or region) that Google works out from your IP address. Google identifies the install by a random app-instance IDTo see where players get stuck, find levels that are unfairly hard and improve the game
Firebase Crashlytics (Google)When the game crashes: the crash report, the device model and operating system version, and the state of the game at the time, under a random Crashlytics installation IDTo find and fix crashes

Neither service receives your name, your email address or your Apple ID. No advertising identifier (IDFA) is collected: the game is built with the version of Google Analytics that has no code to read it. Neither service is used for advertising, and nothing is sold. This version of Tall Order has no in-game setting to switch analytics or crash reports off.

Purchases

Tall Order sells optional packs of coins and a one-time Starter Pack (600 coins and the Rose Gold facade). Coins can also be earned by playing. Payment is handled entirely by Apple: we never see your card or payment details.

ServiceWhat it receivesWhy
RevenueCat, Inc.Your purchase history in Tall Order (which product, when, and the store's transaction IDs), a random anonymous ID that RevenueCat creates for this install, and basic app and device details such as the app version and operating system version. Not your name and not your email addressTo check each purchase with Apple, deliver it exactly once, and make Restore purchases work

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Advertising

Tall Order shows no adverts. There are no banners, interstitials or video ads anywhere in the game. It does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, and it never asks for permission to track you.

The daily reminder

The reminder is off until you turn it on, in Settings or on the Daily Pass screen, and only then does the game ask for permission to send notifications. It is one notification at 8:00 on your phone's clock, only on mornings when your Daily Pass is waiting. It is created and scheduled on your phone; no push service is used and no notification token leaves the phone. Nothing about it is sent anywhere, except that switching it on or off on the Daily Pass screen is counted as an analytics event. Turn it off in Settings → Daily reminder, on the Daily Pass screen, or in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Tall Order.

Who receives your data

We do not sell or share your personal information. Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) and RevenueCat process the data described above on our behalf, under their own terms, and may process it in the United States and other countries where they operate. Apple processes your payment under its own privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to how it is used. We answer every request within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Tall Order is made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not in the App Store's Kids category. It asks no one for a name, an email address or an age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, for example in a support email, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If what Tall Order collects changes, this page changes first: the date at the top is updated before the version that makes the change is released, and where the change is significant, the game tells you too.
