Tall Order — Support
Tall Order: Build the Skyline is a one-thumb building game from Nomad Arcade. A slab slides back and forth over your tower: tap to drop it. Whatever hangs over the edge is sliced off, so the next slab is narrower, and a perfect drop snaps flush and grows the slab back. Fill each building's order, add it to a skyline of 240 buildings in 12 districts, and climb The Spire for a high score. It plays offline and shows no adverts.

Common questions
I bought the Starter Pack and the Rose Gold facade is missing. Open the Shop, or Settings → Restore purchases, and tap Restore purchases. A purchase belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, so it comes back on any iPhone signed in to that account. Coins, whether bought or earned, are part of the progress saved on your phone and cannot be restored after the game is deleted.
I deleted the game and lost my progress. Can you get it back? No, sorry. Tall Order has no account or cloud save in this version, so your progress lives only on your phone, and we never have a copy. Deleting the game deletes it.
How do I turn the daily reminder off? Settings → Daily reminder, or the switch on the Daily Pass screen. You can also turn notifications off in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Tall Order. The reminder is off until you turn it on.
I want a refund. Apple takes the payment, so refunds are Apple's to give: ask at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the game is broken, please write to us first; we would rather fix it.
Do I need an internet connection? No. The whole game plays offline. Buying something or restoring a purchase needs a connection.
